Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.

• Strong sense of urgency with the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of additional languages or dialects is an added advantage.

• Technically proficient and computer literate, with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in oversee and support daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, stock movement, and proper documentation.

• Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operational flow and promptly resolve any issues.

• Assist in manpower planning, workforce allocation, and supervision of warehouse personnel to maintain operational efficiency.

• Continuously evaluate and enhance warehouse processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support departmental objectives and business needs.
