Responsibilities
Job Summary / Benefits:
Basic Salary: $2,200 – $2,800 per month, depending on relevant experience
$5,000 Joining Bonus, payable in the 3rd and 12th month during the first year, subject to applicable terms and conditions
Working Days: 6-day rotating roster
Working Hours: 8 hours per shift
Location: Changi Airport
AWS & Variable Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist passengers with check-in procedures and general enquiries.
Attend to passengers with special requirements and provide professional customer service.
Support guests at premium airport lounges and reception areas.
Assist with baggage-related matters and manage access to designated FAST Assistance queues.
