WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DRIVE AND PASSIONATE BUSINESS MANAGER SPECIALIST IN FOOD AND PHARMACEUTICAL PLANTS INDUSTRY IN MALAYSIA.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute business strategies to grow Topgrid Pest’s prescence in Food and Pharmaceutical plants
• Identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationship and secure long-termite partnership.
• Understand client needs, deliver tailor pest management solution and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver service excellence.
• Achieve sales target and drive sustainable revenue growth.

REQUIREMENT

• Proven experience in pest management sales, business development or account management in industrial / commercial sector
• or a degree in entomology / life sciences / biology with a passion for the pest management industry
• or experience in food / pharmaceutical QA, QC Food safety or technical roles and ready to explore a new career path in business development
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to travel.
