Euro SME SDN BHD is seeking an experienced and commercially focused General Manager to lead the overall performance and strategic direction of the business.

This is a senior leadership opportunity with full responsibility for business growth, profitability, operational excellence and customer success. Reporting directly to the Shareholder, you will lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality and Product Development to deliver sustainable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies that drive growth, profitability and market expansion.
• Lead commercial initiatives, customer relationships and business development activities.
• Oversee operational performance across manufacturing, supply chain and quality functions.
• Deliver financial targets through effective planning, budgeting and cost management.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality and health & safety standards.

About You

• Degree-qualified with significant senior leadership experience within manufacturing, packaging, FMCG or a related industrial sector.
• Proven track record of leading business growth and delivering financial performance.
• Strong commercial, operational and strategic leadership capability.
• Experienced in managing multifunctional teams and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
