Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team.
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
Process and follow up on customer orders from confirmation through delivery.
Coordinate with customers, sales representatives, warehouse, logistics, and other internal departments.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the company's system.
Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and outstanding payments where required.
Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, and other sales matters.
Assist the sales team with preparing reports, presentations, and sales documentation.
Update pricing, product information, customer details, and sales records as required.
Resolve routine customer issues and escalate more complex matters to the appropriate department.
Attend sales meetings when required.
Perform other administrative and sales-support duties assigned by management.
