Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma or equivalent.

At least 3 years of working experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and warehouse system data entry.

Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

Forklift operating experience is preferred.

Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.

Candidates who are able to communicate in Mandarin are preferred.

Handle day-to-day warehouse operations.

Handle receiving, storage, picking, packing and delivery of goods.

Check and record incoming and outgoing goods accurately.

Perform data entry and update stock movements, inventory records and other warehouse transactions in the warehouse system.

Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory accuracy.

Assist with regular stock checks and stock takes.

Arrange and coordinate deliveries, transportation and loading/unloading activities.

Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.

Coordinate with other departments on stock and delivery matters.
