Hiring: Business Development Advisor

Location: Bayan Lepas (Penang) | Shah Alam | Johor (Senai)

Experience: 3–5 years

Job Overview :

We are looking for a driven Business Development professional / Hunter with experience in acquiring new customers and developing business across multiple industries.

Key Industry Exposure:

Chemical | Automotive | Data Centre | Semiconductor | Oil & Gas | FMCG | Retail | Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new B2B customers.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable logistics solutions.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiations and contract closures.
• Work closely with internal teams to develop and deliver solutions.
• Achieve business development and revenue targets.

Key Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales.
• Strong hunter / new business acquisition background.
• Experience in 3PL, Warehousing, Distribution or Supply Chain Solutions.
• Proven track record of winning new customers.
• Strong network across relevant industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred.
