Job Description

EXEN INTERNATIONAL SDN. BHD. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Drafter & Designer – Instrumentation & Control to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting engineering design activities and preparing technical drawings and documentation for various engineering projects, particularly in the Oil & Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop and revise engineering drawings in accordance with project requirements and specifications.
• Assist engineers in preparing technical drawings, design layouts and engineering documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of drawings before submission.
• Incorporate engineering comments and revisions into drawings as required.
• Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines to support project design and deliverables.
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable engineering standards and project requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing revision records.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation & Control, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience in drafting or engineering design, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD. Knowledge of other relevant engineering design software will be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings, design concepts and technical documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Good attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
