Japanese Gaming Customer Service Representative

Location: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 5 days per week
Off Days: Friday/Saturday or Sunday/Monday
Salary: RM10,500 – RM11,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a Japanese-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers within the gaming industry. The ideal candidate should have strong Japanese and English communication skills, relevant gaming customer service experience, and a genuine interest in gaming and anime culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support to Japanese-speaking gaming customers.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and account-related issues through various communication channels.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow established procedures.
• Stay updated on gaming products, features, and relevant customer service processes.

Requirements

• Strong Japanese and English communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in gaming customer service or a related field.
• Familiarity with the gaming industry.
• Genuine passion or strong interest in gaming and anime culture.
• Degree qualification or above.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
• Willing to work onsite at KL Sentral.
• Comfortable working a 5-day schedule with rotating weekend/off-day arrangements.

Compensation & Benefits

• RM10,500 – RM11,000 monthly salary
• 5 working days per week
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Two consecutive off days: Friday/Saturday or Sunday/Monday
