Location: Havelock

Duration: 1 year contract (possibility of conversion or extension)

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6

Salary: Up to $3600

Job Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders and contracts, ensuring pricing aligns with quotations and agreements.
• Coordinate with factories on special pricing, order processing and delivery schedules.
• Monitor shipments and expedite deliveries to meet customer requirements.
• Follow up on payments, overdue accounts and credit limits with customers and Finance.
• Handle Letters of Credit (LC), shipping documentation, debit/credit notes and customs clearance documents.
• Coordinate order releases, shipping instructions and logistics arrangements.
• Maintain project records and customer information in SAP and CRM systems.
• Handle customer complaints, product returns and quality-related matters.
• Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field with at least 1-3 years of experience
• Knowledge of import/export
