Responsibilities
Prepare accounts receivable (AR) invoices and ensure accurate client billing.
Prepare and record receipts in Oracle, ensuring all withholding tax (WHT) certificates are received and kept up to date.
Manage monthly accounts closing in accordance with corporate timelines.
Prepare weekly accounts receivable aging reports for Corporate and Contract Managers.
Prepare monthly financial reports and vessel schedules for review by relevant stakeholders.
Participate in budget preparation and ensure budgets are submitted for management approval.
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to clients and affiliates to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
Requirements
Candidate with accounts receivable experience in marine offshore industry are welcome to apply.
