Responsibilities
Your responsibilities
Find new customers through cold calls, door-to-door visits, site visits and networking.
Build contacts with building owners, facility managers, consultants, contractors and M&E decision-makers.
Arrange meetings, understand customer needs and present suitable products and services.
Work with our technical team to prepare proposals and quotations.
Follow up consistently, negotiate and close sales.
Maintain customer relationships and keep clear records of contacts, opportunities and follow-up actions.
What we are looking for
Proactive and resourceful, with the discipline to generate your own leads.
Confident speaking with new customers and decision-makers.
Persistent, comfortable with rejection and motivated to achieve sales targets.
Good communication, relationship-building and follow-up skills.
Sales experience in ACMV, air-conditioning, electrical, lighting or building services is preferred.
Technical knowledge or qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering are an advantage.
