The Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA Engineers, and fellow Developers to design, build, enhance, and scale our web and mobile platforms that serve large and growing user bases.

Our core technology stack comprises ASP.NET Core (C#) for backend services, along with React and React Native for web, Android, and iOS applications. You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from solution design and architecture through development, deployment, optimization, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development & Technical Implementation

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using ASP.NET Core (C#) and React.
• Lead backend development of scalable, secure, and high-performance RESTful APIs.
• Architect and optimize database design, queries, and performance using MySQL.
• Build and enhance responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using React.
• Design and implement complex business logic, including loyalty, rewards, campaign management, and transaction processing systems.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance under high transaction loads.
• Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, SMS providers, WhatsApp APIs, push notification services, and other external systems.
• Collaborate with mobile developers to ensure seamless API integration across Android and iOS platforms.
• Support system deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvements across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Manage source code using Git and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

AI Adoption & Engineering Innovation

• Actively explore and adopt AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and other emerging AI coding solutions to improve development productivity and efficiency.
• Incorporate AI into daily development workflows, including code generation, debugging, code reviews, documentation, testing, and technical problem-solving.
• Evaluate and experiment with AI technologies, frameworks, and APIs to identify opportunities for AI-driven features and product enhancements.
• Explore the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI APIs, and intelligent automation into existing and future platforms.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI for business process automation, data analysis, customer engagement, and smarter platform capabilities.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications that create measurable business and technical value.
• Ensure responsible AI adoption, including code validation, data privacy, security, and quality assurance.

Technical Leadership & Team Collaboration

• Drive best practices in coding standards, system design, architecture, and development processes.
• Lead code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
• Break down business requirements into technical specifications and development tasks.
• Guide the development team in technical implementation and execution.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Work closely with product managers, QA, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.

System Maintenance & Optimization

• Participate in system troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Identify technical bottlenecks and implement improvements to system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Ensure application security and maintainability through established engineering practices.
• Take ownership of system stability, technical issues, and continuous platform improvements.

Requirements

Technical Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in full stack software development.
• Strong hands-on experience in ASP.NET Core (C#) for backend development.
• Strong proficiency in React for frontend development.
• Experience with React Native or familiarity with mobile application development ecosystems (Android and iOS).
• Solid experience in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of MySQL, including database design, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Experience working with third-party API integrations and external systems.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, scalability, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Experience with Git and modern software development workflows. CI/CD experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, deployment, and production environment management is an advantage.

AI & Emerging Technology

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent tools.
• Demonstrated willingness and ability to adopt AI tools to improve software development productivity and engineering workflows.
• Understanding of AI concepts, including LLMs, AI APIs, prompt engineering, and AI-powered application development.
• Experience integrating AI services, LLM APIs, or intelligent automation into applications is an advantage.
• Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Open-minded and adaptable to evolving development practices, particularly the growing role of AI in software engineering.
