Full Time School Counselor (Secondary Students) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in IMAS International School Kuala Lumpur Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions that are culturally sensitive and aligned with school values.
• Support students in developing "creative minds with a sense of understanding and compassion.
• Implement proactive programs that address the unique challenges of a bilingual, international student body.
• Monitor academic progress and intervene for students at risk of underachievement.
• Serve as a key member of the Pastoral Team,collaborating with Secondary sections.
• Oversee student behavior support plans and crisis intervention protocols.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
• Candidates must be fluent in English.
• Respect for school values and comfort working in a diverse, multicultural environment.
• Competent in using basic office software (Word, Excel) and school management systems.
• Strong listening skills, high empathy, and the ability to keep students confidential.
• Experienced in working with students through adolescence.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
