About the Role 

Support the day-to-day operations of the hotel by working closely with the Operations and Management teams. This internship provides hands-on exposure to hotel operations, with a key focus on UniFocus administration, operational coordination, reporting, and follow-up across departments. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage and monitor operational tasks in UniFocus, including task assignment, tracking, and follow-up. 
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, and other departments to ensure timely completion of operational matters. 
• Assist with operational reports, briefings, trackers, and management summaries. 
• Support hotel audits, inspections, SOP compliance, and operational improvement initiatives. 
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and follow-up on outstanding or critical operational issues.

Requirements 

• Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business, Tourism, or related field. 
• Strong organisational, communication, and follow-up skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfortable using digital systems. 
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Able to commit to a 6-month internship.
