Site Supervision

• Supervise daily construction activities on-site.

• Monitor workers, subcontractors, and construction progress.

• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.

2. Technical Responsibilities

• Read and interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawings.

• Check dimensions, levels, alignment, and measurements.

• Ensure construction works comply with engineering requirements.

• Identify and resolve technical issues on-site.

• Coordinate with consultants and designers regarding discrepancies.

3. Quality Control (QA/QC)

• Inspect completed and ongoing construction works.

• Ensure materials meet approved specifications.

• Check reinforcement, formwork, concrete, waterproofing, and finishing works.

• Arrange inspections with consultants and clients.

• Ensure defects are rectified before handover.

4. Project Coordination

• Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.

• Attend site meetings and progress meetings.

• Follow up on site instructions and technical issues.

• Monitor material delivery and site requirements.

5. Health and Safety

• Ensure workers follow site safety regulations.

• Identify unsafe conditions and potential hazards.

• Coordinate with the WSH Officer or Safety Supervisor.

• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Maintain good housekeeping at the construction site.
