Assistant Branch Manager – Customer Service & Operations

5-Day Work Week | Including Weekends | Bukit Timah

About the Role

Are you experienced in managing a spa, salon, wellness centre, retail outlet or other customer-facing service business?

LVL Music is seeking a confident, organised and service-oriented Assistant Branch Manager to oversee daily operations at our established music academy and musical instrument shop.

We welcome experienced Branch Managers, Assistant Branch Managers, Outlet Supervisors and Customer Service Professionals from spa, beauty, wellness, aesthetic clinics, premium retail and education centres.

Musical instrument knowledge is not required. We value strong customer service, operational management and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Daily Operations

• Manage customer enquiries through WhatsApp, email, telephone and walk-in visits.
• Handle customer complaints, requests and follow-ups professionally.
• Oversee daily centre operations and act as person-in-charge when management is unavailable.
• Coordinate lesson schedules, appointments, bookings and customer arrangements.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and service standards.

Administration & Inventory

• Process online orders, invoices, payments, deliveries and collections.
• Manage instrument rentals, renewals, returns and system records.
• Conduct stocktaking, inventory checks and stock updates.
• Coordinate supplier deliveries and maintain organised retail displays.
• Ensure accurate documentation and smooth administrative workflows.

Team Coordination

• Work closely with teachers, sales staff and management.
• Independently resolve routine operational issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service and operational efficiency.

Who We Are Looking For

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, branch or outlet operations.
• Experience in spas, salons, wellness centres, aesthetic clinics, retail or similar service businesses is highly welcomed.
• Experience handling appointments, complaints, payments, inventory and administrative systems.
• Excellent communication, organisation and multitasking skills.
• Confident in making decisions and managing daily operations independently.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented and customer-focused.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Microsoft Office and business management systems.

No music industry experience required. Training will be provided.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: S$3,800–S$4,000 per month
• Five-day work week, including Saturdays and Sundays.
• Two rest days, generally on weekdays.
