Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute annual sales plans for commercial products in the Indoneisa/Malaysia/Thailand market to achieve annually sales targets;
• Focus on expanding commercial client base and distribution channels, participating in business negotiations with clients;
• Manage commercial accounts, guiding and overseeing order fulfillment processes;
• Develop medium-to-long-term business development strategies and strategic deployment plans for commercial products in the ASEAN market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with 3+ years of sales experience in commercial refrigeration products;
• Solid knowledge of international trade practices and fluent English proficiency (written and spoken);
• Demonstrated ability in channel development and account management, with a proactive and results-driven mindset;
• Strong communication, business negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
