Assist with print job preparation and ensure the production area is kept clean and tidy.
Check raw materials and printed products for quality, and pack finished print items ready for delivery.
Daily assistance is required to help workers carry goods weighing 20–30 kg.
Store all printing materials properly, and sanitize and clean workstations, printing machines, and tools when needed.
Meet daily production targets and deadlines while maintaining consistent print quality.
Responsible for liaising between management and employees.
Monitor and report job performance to management on a daily basis.
Build business knowledge and awareness of shared company goals.
Provide staff with guidance and assistance.
Requirements
At least 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
Able to move objects weighing 20–30 kg.
Ready to work any shift.
Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Physical endurance to stand for an entire shift.
Self-motivated and self-directed.
Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks.
Able to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
