Lead the commercial sales and marketing division to drive top-line revenue, brand presence, and market growth. You will set business strategies, develop channel partnerships, and lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual sales, marketing, and commercial business plans
- Lead the team to hit revenue, profit margin, and pipeline targets
- Drive brand campaigns, trade exhibitions, and product positioning strategies
- Build strong relationships with key developers, consultants, architects, and contractors
- Manage distributor, dealer, and agent networks across nationwide channels
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and commercial reports for top management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field
- 6 to 10 years of commercial sales and marketing experience in building materials or related sectors
- Proven track record leading commercial teams and managing department budgets
- Solid experience handling project tenders, commercial negotiations, and distributor networks
- Strong skills in sales forecasting, market analysis, and CRM tools
