Responsibilities
- Check daily and monthly attendance.
- Keep accurate records of attendance, overtime, leave and staff claims.
- Keep accurate data of staff personal details and maintain personnel files.
- Coordinate recruitment activities.
- Assist with employee work pass applications and related activities.
- Prepare and issue invoices.
- Perform finance data entry.
- Manage petty cash.
- Oversee the pantry and company notice board.
- Manage company events, including payday meetings and other meetings as advised by management.
