Full Time SAFETY FIRE AND SECURITY MANAGER - HOTEL Jobs, in BBT Hotel - (Premiere Hotel Klang) Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the hotel’s safety, fire prevention, security and emergency preparedness activities.
• Develop, implement and monitor safety, fire and security policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Malaysian safety, fire and security requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel premises, equipment and emergency facilities.
• Coordinate fire drills, emergency response exercises and safety training for employees.
• Liaise with BOMBA, Police, DOSH and other relevant authorities when required.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, security operations and incident reporting.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, theft, losses and security-related matters.
• Identify potential risks and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure all fire-fighting equipment, alarm systems and emergency exits are properly maintained and functional.
• Prepare regular safety and security reports for management.
• Lead and supervise the Security and Safety team.
• Promote a strong safety and security culture among all employees.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Safety Management, Security Management, Occupational Safety & Health or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Good knowledge of fire safety, emergency response, security and workplace safety procedures.
• Experience in handling BOMBA, Police, DOSH and other relevant authorities.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and handle emergencies effectively.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Relevant safety, fire or security certifications will be an added advantage.
