Intern Automotive Service jobs in Pantai Bharu Selangor - Maukerja

The Service Intern will assist the service team with basic vehicle servicing, maintenance, inspections, and workshop activities under the supervision of Technicians and the Foreman. The role provides hands-on learning and practical experience while ensuring proper vehicle handling, workshop safety, and cleanliness.

1. SERVICE & MAINTENANCE 

• Assist technicians with basic vehicle servicing, maintenance, and inspection.
• Assist with simple tasks such as oil changes, checking fluids, tyre pressure, and basic vehicle checks under supervision.
• Learn proper workshop procedures and vehicle handling.

2. WORKSHOP SUPPORT 

• Assist in preparing tools, equipment, and materials required for servicing.
• Keep the work area clean and organised according to 5S practices.
• Assist with moving and handling vehicles safely within the workshop.

3. SAFETY & COMPLIANCE 

• Follow all workshop safety procedures, SOPs, and instructions from the Technician/Foreman.
• Use tools and equipment properly and safely.
• Report any safety concerns or vehicle issues to the supervisor.

4. LEARNING & TEAMWORK 

• Work closely with Technicians, Foreman, and Service Advisors.
• Participate in training and on-the-job learning.
• Assist with other service-related tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing a Certificate / Diploma in Automotive related field.
• Willing to learn and interested in automotive servicing and repair.
• Good attitude, discipline, and teamwork.
• Comfortable with hands-on work in a workshop environment.
• A valid Class D driving licence is an advantage.
