• Transfer knowledge effectively and appropriately.
• Encourage critical thinking, debate, and rational discourse.
• Develop and apply suitable teaching strategies.
• Use research to inform teaching and external engagement.
• Identify student learning needs and set relevant learning objectives.
• Align content, delivery methods, and materials with learning objectives.
• Create and deliver teaching materials across various subjects/modules.
• Use effective teaching, support, and assessment methods.
• Apply innovative teaching techniques to engage and motivate students.
• Design and deliver a variety of modules at different academic levels.
• Supervise student work, including projects, field trips, and placements.
• Provide academic support and guidance on study skills.
• Select and implement appropriate assessment tools and grading criteria.
• Mark and assess student work, provide constructive feedback.
• Serve as an internal examiner for diploma and degree programs.
• Continuously seek improvement through reflection and feedback.
• Identify and recommend revisions to existing course content or methods.
• Contribute to course planning, design, and development.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
