Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Admin Assistant (HR & Accounts) to provide administrative support to both the HR and Accounts teams. This role involves assisting with employee records, attendance, payroll-related matters, accounting documentation, data entry, filing, and general office administration.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, responsible, and able to work independently.

• Candidates with relevant experience in HR, Accounts, or Administration will be given preference.

• Mandarin is required; candidates must also be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Assist HR with recruitment, employee records, attendance, leave, overtime (OT), and payroll-related matters.

• Assist the Accounts team with invoices, payment documents, staff claims, and accounting filing.

• Handle data entry, document filing, and general daily office administrative tasks.

• Provide general administrative support to HR and Accounts as required.
