We Are Hiring | Business Development Manager – SEA Region (Malaysia)

Harmovest Capital is expanding its presence in the SEA market and is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Malaysia.

We are seeking a commercially driven professional with proven experience in the Forex & CFD brokerage industry, strong client acquisition capabilities, and a solid understanding of IB/affiliate partnership models.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence, growing our client base, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies for the Malaysia market

• Acquire, onboard, and retain Forex/CFD traders and high-value clients

• Build, manage, and expand relationships with IBs, affiliates, and strategic partners

• Promote trading solutions across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Metals, Stocks, and Crypto CFDs

• Support clients throughout the onboarding journey, including account opening and platform adoption

• Drive performance against business KPIs, including:

• New client acquisition

• Funded trading accounts

• Net deposits

• Trading activity

• IB-generated business

• Identify new market opportunities and strengthen Harmovest’s presence within the region

• Represent the company professionally in meetings, networking events, and industry activities

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of experience within the Forex/CFD brokerage industry (required)

• Proven experience in:

• Forex sales / business development

• Trader acquisition

• IB & affiliate management

• Brokerage client relationship management

• Strong understanding of:

• Forex & CFD products

• MT4/MT5 trading platforms

• Trading accounts and client funding processes

• IB commission structures

• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and grow revenue

• Strong English communication and negotiation skills

• Existing trader or IB network in Malaysia/SEA is highly preferred
