Responsibilities

About the Company

Our client is a global consumer/FMCG manufacturer with regional operations across APAC, and is looking to hire a techno-functional SAP Lead to own SAP FICO and finance systems delivery across ~400 users.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Own system stability, incident resolution, and enhancements for SAP FICO and related finance applications.
  • Configure and troubleshoot SAP FI/CO and Material Ledger, translating business requirements into system solutions
  • Drive project lifecycles end-to-end from sourcing, blueprinting, realization, to Go-Live
  • Manage third-party vendors and oversee AMS quality standards for SAP and FP&A platforms
  • Act as the key liaison between Finance and IT, shaping how business needs get built into system solutions
  • Run workshops to design business processes and translate requirements into technical specs for ABAP developers
  • Oversee integration between Jedox, other finance systems, and external interfaces (3PL, bank platforms)
  • Train key users and guide functional consultants on SAP best practices


Requirements

  • 7+ years hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, including system design and IT operations
  • 5+ years SAP FICO project/operation support with proven customization experience
  • Able to configure SAP FICO and translate business requirements into system solutions
  • Manufacturing environment exposure, with solid understanding of supply chain flow and related Finance processes
  • Experience leading SAP functional consultants across multinational teams, with a track record in RFPs, vendor selection, and major implementation projects
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA modules (SD, MM, PP, DS, QM, Fiori, IBP)
  • Bonus: Self-driven exposure to SAP S/4HANA-to-SAP RISE migration planning.
