Diploma or Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline. •

Registered Site Safety Supervisor (Yellow Book) or equivalent recognised safety certification will be an added advantage. •

Good knowledge of occupational safety and health legislation, hazard identification, permit-to-work systems, PPE requirements, and construction site safety practices.

Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in administration, office management, or project administration within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure industry. •

Experience coordinating office operations, document control, meeting arrangements, and administrative reporting. •

Familiarity with project documentation, filing systems, procurement coordination, and administrative procedures. •

Strong organisational, communication, coordination, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

Conduct daily site safety inspections and patrols to ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations, company policies, and project safety requirements. •

Monitor work activities to verify the proper implementation of safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and safe work practices. •

Inspect and ensure the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by employees, contractors, and subcontractors. •

Identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and potential hazards, and report findings while supporting the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. •

Maintain safety inspection records, checklists, daily reports, and supporting documentation to facilitate effective safety monitoring and compliance. •

Assist in accident, incident, and near-miss reporting, including evidence collection and follow-up on corrective actions. •

Support safety inductions, toolbox talks, awareness programmes, and promote a positive safety culture across the project site. •

Assist during internal safety audits, regulatory inspections, and site compliance reviews while coordinating with project teams to ensure continuous compliance.
