Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Security Administrator (SSO) to handle security administration, officer deployment, manpower scheduling, email correspondence, and daily operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle security officer deployment and manpower scheduling.
• Coordinate shift arrangements, relief officers, and deployment changes.
• Prepare and send professional emails to clients and internal teams.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance and access control systems.
• Maintain officer attendance, deployment records, and operational reports.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate security documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations Managers and site supervisors.
• Assist with daily security operations and ensure smooth manpower coverage.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of security industry experience.
• SSO-grade security licence or equivalent experience.
• Experience in security officer deployment and manpower coordination.
• Able to draft and send professional emails independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good communication, administrative, and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays when required.
