Part Time Vice President, Private Equity (Part-time Contract to Full-Time)) Jobs, in Clearwater Capital Pte Ltd Federal Territory - Maukerja

Clearwater -Digital Treasuries Fund is a Singapore-based, MAS-regulated investment firm. We back small and mid-cap healthcare businesses across Southeast Asia through growth equity, buy-and-build, pre-IPO and structured capital transactions.

We’re looking for a seasoned Vice President who can own deals end-to-end, from first management meeting to Investment Committee approval. This starts as a part-time contract role, with a clear path to a full-time position once our office is established.

What you’ll do

• Lead and execute transactions from origination through closing
• Build robust financial models, including operating models, valuation, returns analysis and scenario/sensitivity cases
• Conduct financial due diligence on the ground, including site visits, data room reviews and quality-of-earnings work
• Interview and assess management teams, and stress-test business plans
• Negotiate term sheets and key commercial terms with founders, co-investors and advisors
• Prepare and present investment memoranda to the Investment Committee
• Work independently, managing workstreams and external advisors with minimal supervision

What we’re looking for

• At least 5 years of experience in private equity or venture capital
• Proven track record of leading and closing transactions
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
• Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication, including IC-ready memos and presentations
• Self-starter comfortable working autonomously in a lean, entrepreneurial team
• Familiarity with the healthcare sector is a strong bonus
• Southeast Asian market exposure is a plus
• CFA, CA/CPA or MBA is advantageous
