What The Role Is

At IRAS, we aim to be a leading tax agency known for our efficient services, expertise and integrity.

As an Internal Audit Intern, you will get to understand the standards for Internal Audit and assist to perform a quality assessment of the internal audit function in IRAS.

What You Will Be Working On

• Conducting internal audits using data analytics tools and testing scripts
• Assisting in developing and testing GenAI tools to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of audit work
• Helping improve internal audit processes to align with Global Internal Audit Standards through process reviews, documentation updates, and quality assurance framework development.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI
• Programming knowledge (SAS, Python, SQL) and prior audit/analytics experience preferred but not essential.
  
  

Internship Duration: Minimally 3 months (Nov 2026 onwards)
