Our client is a MNC in Equipment Manufacturing sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Aftermarket Sales Manager ( to be part of their Sales team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West – easily accessible.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive service business growth across the Southeast Asia region
by developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability and business growth targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
at all organizational levels to strengthen customer loyalty, retention and long-term business opportunities.
Promote and cross-sell service contracts, maintenance solutions and the full portfolio of equipment and aftermarket services to increase service contract attachment rates.
Develop and execute sales plans, budgets, promotional campaigns and strategic initiatives to expand market share and maximize business opportunities.
Work closely with regional dealers, distributors and internal stakeholders to improve service sales performance, operational efficiency and overall profitability.
Identify new business opportunities, manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate sales forecasts and customer information using Salesforce.
Prepare and monitor sales budgets and forecasts, analyse performance variances and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
Develop technical and commercial proposals, quotations and tender submissions in line with customer requirements and submission deadlines.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to support pricing strategies, business development initiatives and customer retention.
Lead, coach and motivate the service sales team to achieve sales targets, improve performance and support sustainable business growth.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
5 years of sales experience, preferably within the industrial equipment, machinery or related engineering industry.
Proven experience in service sales, aftermarket sales, business development or sales account management.
