About the Roles

Join as an Outdoor Sales Executive (Construction & Industrial Tools) based at Tanjong Penjuru, with regular travel to project sites across Singapore. This is a permanent, 5-day position from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, offering basic salary plus commission, performance bonus, annual bonus, and transport/mileage allowance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and expand assigned construction accounts, including main contractors, subcontractors, M&E contractors and facilities management companies.
• Visit project sites, site offices and stores regularly to identify requirements for tools, PPE and consumables.
• Develop new construction-sector accounts and identify additional business opportunities from existing customers.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, negotiate pricing within approved margins and close sales orders.
• Coordinate with indoor sales and warehouse teams on order accuracy, stock availability and timely delivery.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist with payment collection according to agreed credit terms.
• Build strong working relationships with site supervisors, procurement managers and project managers.
• Keep updated on PPE requirements and Workplace Safety & Health regulations relevant to construction sites.
• Report sales pipeline progress, account performance and market information to the Sales Manager.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or above.
• At least 3 years of B2B outdoor or field sales experience, preferably in industrial tools, building materials or construction supplies.
• Valid Class 3 driving license; access to own vehicle is an advantage.
• Comfortable travelling regularly to construction sites across Singapore and complying with site safety requirements.
• Knowledge of construction site operations and safety requirements is an advantage.
• Good relationship-building, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently and meet sales targets.
