Job Description

Responsibilities

  • roject review which involved in tooling, mold design, mold trial review

  • Perform molding process optimization and mold testing for accuracy of parts’ quality

  • Liaise with suppliers on mold quotation, specification and technical matters

  • Check mold drawing and work closely with designer and tool maker for modification, rectification and tool fabrication progression.

  • Trouble shoot problem for FOT with FA report

Requirements

  • Diploma in Engineering (Precision / Tooling / Mechanical) or NITEC in Mold Design/Mold Making or equivalent

  • Min 5 years related working experience in mold design

  • Plastic Mold Design, DFM, Mold Flow, NX3 Software/ProE

  • Good knowledge in molding process
