Commercial & R&I Associate / Senior Associate (Singapore)

We are partnering with an award-winning Singapore law firm to recruit Commercial and Restructuring & Insolvency (R&I) Associates and Senior Associates. This is an excellent opportunity for lawyers looking for exposure to sophisticated commercial matters, complex restructuring and insolvency work, clear career progression, and hands-on mentorship within a respected practice.

The Opportunity

You will be involved in a broad spectrum of commercial and R&I matters, including:

• Advising clients on commercial transactions, restructuring, insolvency and related matters.
• Managing complex R&I matters, including corporate restructurings, insolvencies and distressed situations.
• Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, legal documents, submissions and advisory opinions.
• Advising creditors, debtors and stakeholders on restructuring and insolvency strategies.
• Providing strategic advice on commercial risks, negotiations and potential disputes.
• Working closely with clients on complex and high-value matters from inception through to resolution.

Who You Are

• Hold a recognised Law degree and are admitted to practise in Singapore.
• Minimum 2 years' PQE within a reputable Singapore law firm.
• Solid experience in Commercial, Restructuring & Insolvency, or related practice areas.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Clear, confident communicator with excellent attention to detail.
• Commercially minded and able to provide practical, solution-oriented advice.
• Comfortable managing multiple matters and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Committed to high standards of client service and professional excellence.
