Full Time Senior Accounts Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in WITFLUX ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. North Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Prepare full set monthly management accounts and related schedules timely
• Prepare year end statutory report, tax computation, GST reporting, government surveys, audit and reporting.
• Payment and billing processing
• Administration of contracts database and project cost tracking
• Cashflow management, petty cash
• Participate in the preparation of budget and forecast
• Liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretary and bankers
• Ensure compliance with Company Policies, Processes and Procedures
• System and processes- assist in processes and system implementation when required; continue to streamline anPerform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables and parables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliation, etc.;
• To oversee HR and Account department

• Prepare monthly financial and management reports;
• Prepare salary for Monthly staff.
• Preparation of quarterly GST Returns
• Handling sub con account/ Back charges
• Assist in QS to issue invoices. Follow up on Payments.
• Apply bank facilities when required.
• Perform Internet banking transactions.
• Work In progress records.
• Collection meeting with QS/ Budget Allocation/ Cash Flow meeting and preparation.
• Consolidate accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards;
• Support audit and tax queries;
• Manage timely closing process and reconciliations, including for inter-company transactions;
• Preferred Construciton Company Experiences
• Able to overtime when needed.
