Company Description AcePLP provides specialized services in engineering design and project management, supporting disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural, and Architectural from conceptual design to as-built stages. The company offers integrated and customizable design support services for Singapore-based clients, including BIM, CADD, print management, engineering information management, and BIM/CAD corporate training. Every employee receives rigorous BIM and CADD training to support projects in sectors such as building, healthcare, transport, water treatment, and public housing. With more than 15 years of experience, AcePLP enhances workflow efficiency for architectural, engineering, and construction projects, helping clients achieve time and cost savings during the design phase by recommending and implementing suitable technological and HR solutions.
Role Description The Payroll Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, including calculating salaries, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions in accordance with local regulations and company policies. The Payroll Executive will maintain accurate payroll records, update employee data, and prepare payroll reports for finance and management. The role involves coordinating with HR and relevant departments to resolve payroll-related queries, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting audits and month-end closing activities. The Payroll Executive will also contribute to process improvements and assist with the implementation of payroll systems or policy updates as needed.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing to manage accurate and timely payroll cycles.
  • Candidates should possess solid Payroll Management and Finance skills to ensure compliance with regulations and alignment with accounting practices.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to liaise with employees, HR, and other stakeholders on payroll matters.
  • Relevant experience in payroll operations, preferably within Singapore and in a multi-disciplinary or project-based environment.
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, CPF, income tax, and other statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel, with attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high standards of integrity.
  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
