Full Time Associate, Real Estate - Portfolio Management (Financial Services) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 8,000 in PERSOL Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Summary

Monitor and enhance real estate investment portfolio performance through data-driven analysis, stakeholder engagement, and cross-regional collaboration to support strategic investment decisions and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Monitor portfolio and individual investment performance regularly to ensure alignment with underwriting and budget targets

Analyze market trends and prepare research to inform and support investment strategies

Communicate and collaborate with third-party asset managers to optimize investment outcomes

Coordinate with legal, tax, real estate, and appraisal professionals to resolve ad-hoc issues effectively

Manage multi-national documentation processes to ensure compliance and accuracy

Lead and collaborate with local staff across middle office, back office, and investment teams to drive operational efficiency

Liaise closely with relevant departments at Headquarters to align activities and reporting

Execute assigned ad-hoc tasks to support team and organizational objectives

Apply analytical and project management skills to monitor risks and improve portfolio performance

Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to model financial scenarios and present findings

Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholders and present insights clearly

Employ logical thinking and proactive problem-solving to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Work independently and manage pressure while adapting to changing cross-cultural contexts

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related discipline

At least 3 years of experience in real estate portfolio management, risk management, structured finance, or related financial sectors

Strong understanding of real estate financial modeling and return analysis

Knowledge of capital markets, financing, and treasury functions

Enthusiastic team player with a positive work attitude
