Job Description

Responsibilities

Position : Indoor and Outdoor Sales Coordinator

Company: BMAX Distribution Sdn Bhd
Industry: Mobile Accessories Wholesale

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-in & online customer enquiries (WhatsApp / Call)
  • Prepare quotations & process sales orders
  • Coordinate with warehouse for stock arrangement
  • Follow up delivery status
  • Assist outdoor sales team with documentation
  • Maintain good customer relationships
  • Update product information to customers

Job Requirements:

  • Aged range between 20-35
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma
  • Computer literate (Excel, WhatsApp, basic system usage)
  • Good communication skills
  • Responsible and organized
  • Experience in sales admin is an advantage
