Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Build and maintain CRM plugins, workflows, JavaScript components, and web resources.
• Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other enterprise systems.
• Work with Power Apps, Power Automate, Canvas Apps, and Power Pages.
• Prepare technical designs and development documentation.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve defects.
• Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and user training.
• Participate in full-cycle CRM implementation, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• Good knowledge of CRM entities, workflows, plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, and integrations.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Proficiency in .NET and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of SSRS and CRM functional areas such as Sales, Marketing, and Service Management.
• Experience with CRM implementation across multiple versions and deployment environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure Boards, TFS, or Git.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
