Full Time Warehouse Operator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in RAKAN KERJA Selangor - Maukerja

We are hiring Warehouse Operators to support daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, sorting and parcel handling at warehouse facilities in Shah Alam, Selangor.

Vacancies are available for different warehouse departments, including JTI, Bagging, Oversize, CS, Departure and Arrival operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform picking, packing and sorting of parcels according to operational requirements.
• Sort parcels based on destination, category and delivery requirements.
• Handle and move parcels safely according to company SOP and work instructions.
• Support incoming and outgoing parcel processing activities.
• Assist with Departure and Arrival operations for Linehaul / PJS where assigned.
• Ensure parcels are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and safety in the warehouse.
• Follow warehouse procedures, safety guidelines and instructions from supervisors.
• Meet daily operational targets and support smooth warehouse operations.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizens only.
• Must have passed SPM.
• Willing to perform warehouse duties such as picking, packing, sorting and parcel handling.
• Willing to work 12 hours per day according to the assigned shift.
• Willing to work 6 days per week based on the work schedule.
• Able to work on morning and night shifts.
• Physically fit and comfortable handling parcels and performing warehouse tasks.
• Able to follow SOP, safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to work in a team.

Working Hours

• 6 working days per week.
• 12 hours per day.
• Morning and night shifts available.
• Rest days will be arranged according to the assigned work schedule.

2. Section 15, Shah Alam, Selangor

Salary

Position 1: Operator – JTI, Bagging, Oversize & CS

• Basic salary: RM1,900 per month.

Position 2: Operator – Departure & Arrival (Linehaul / PJS)

• Basic salary: RM2,000 per month.

Allowances & Incentives

• Attendance allowance: RM100 per month.
• Night shift allowance: RM10 for each night shift worked.
• KPI allowance: Up to RM300 per month after confirmation, subject to performance and company requirements.
