Driven by our vision of making timeless style accessible without compromising on quality, we have grown steadily over the years. Three months into opening our first retail store at 313@Somerset, we are looking for a passionate, customer-focused Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our team.

About the Role

You will play an important role in creating a memorable shopping experience for customers in-store. From providing personalised product recommendations to helping customers make an informed decision on their next pair based on preferences and needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, providing friendly and personalised service.
• Recommend products based on customers' preferences and needs.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing retail environment.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Develop strong product knowledge to confidently advise customers.
• Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and daily store operations.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Passion for fashion and an interest in men's footwear and accessories.
• Comfortable speaking on camera and interacting with live audiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
