• $6K-$8K monthly for Average performers (Basic + Allowance + Uncapped Incentives)
• No Experience: $3,600-$3,800 Basic + $380 Monthly Allowance
• Experienced Bankers or Financial Sales Professionals: Up to $6,000 Basic + $380 Monthly Allowance + Sign-On Bonus + Incentives
• Paid training provided. Basic Salary provided during training phase. Allowances and incentives available thereafter

Core Responsibilities

• Primary Objective: Deliver comprehensive Wealth Management solutions to Retail Banking clients by actively promoting and selling Bancassurance products and Investment Funds
• Product Suite: Investment-Linked Policies, Savings Plans, Endowment Plans, Annuities, Retirement Plans, Life Insurance (Term, TPD/TI/Death), and Investment Funds (Mutual Funds, Index Funds, Unit Trusts)
• Client Engagement: Engage Branch Walk-in clients through face-to-face (F2F) consultations, or arrange F2F/virtual meetings via Tele-prospecting using the bank’s client database
• Meet clients virtually or at any of the island-wide bank branches, cafes, restaurants, or other locations at your clients' convenience
• Conduct Client Profiling consultations to assess financial needs and goals
• Collaborate with expert teams and utilise cutting-edge digital tools to deliver excellent client service
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies (training provided)

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Residents (PRs) ONLY
• Minimum Local Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree, of any discipline
• If shortlisted, attain relevant CMFAS certifications (guidance provided)
• Strong passion for Wealth Management, enjoy client interactions, and empowering them to achieve their financial goals
