Full Time Senior HR Executive |CBD | Electronics Distribution Co. Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,000 in HAROLD EXPRESS East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are representing a Electronics Distribution company located in the CBD. They have a presence in China and Hong Kong.

As this will be the first HR hire for their Singapore office, you are expected to have experience in full suite of HR Functions and HR Operations.

Immediate or short notice candidates will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and seamless onboarding experiences when required.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Resolve workplace conflicts, support performance coaching, and drive programs that boost employee retention and morale.
• Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, leave tracking, and market salary benchmarking.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all company policies and HR practices strictly follow local labor laws and employment regulations.
• HR Operations & HRIS: Maintain accurate and confidential employee data and manage our HR Information System (HRIS).

Requirements:

• Must-Have:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5 years of broad, hands-on HR experience covering the full spectrum of functions. Strong working knowledge of local labor laws, employment regulations, and payroll practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
