Responsibilities
Hourly Rate: $15–$16
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9am–6pm (8 working hours + 1-hour lunch break)
About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and organised HR & Recruitment Support to support the cleaning and cook manpower operations of our subsidiary company during the year-end peak period.
Key Responsibilities
• Source, screen and shortlist suitable candidates
• Contact and follow up with previous workers from our existing database
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability
• Arrange interviews for shortlisted candidates
• Explain job scope, salary, working arrangements and deployment requirements
• Follow up closely with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Collect P-Files and onboarding documents
• Follow up on outstanding documents and ensure candidates are ready for deployment
• Update candidate status from Interview → Documents/Medical → Trial/OJT → Ready for Deployment → Started
• Maintain recruitment records and prepare reports
• Provide general HR administrative support
• Build and maintain an active pool of workers for current and future manpower needs
Requirements
• Experience in HR, recruitment, administration or staffing operations preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable conducting candidate interviews independently
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic HR administration
Career Opportunity:
This is a 3-month contract. Good performers may be considered for a longer-term or permanent position, subject to performance and business needs.
