Responsibilities
Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices.
Experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM).
Hands-on vulnerability remediation experience involving: OWASP Top 10, SAST/SCA findings, Open Source vulnerabilities, Secrets management and secure coding.
Experience with tools such as Checkmarx, Veracode, SonarQube, Snyk, GitHub Advanced Security.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, DevSecOps.
AWS Certification and Security certifications are a plus.
Lead design and development of Java Spring Boot microservices on AWS.
Drive remediation of security vulnerabilities identified through SAST, SCA, Secrets, Container, and Cloud Security scans.
Implement secure coding standards and DevSecOps practices.
Support CI/CD, deployment, and production stability activities.
