As a Beautician at BioPearl, you will be responsible for delivering professional beauty treatments, providing excellent customer service and recommending suitable skincare and beauty products based on customers' needs. You will receive structured training and hands-on guidance to develop your beauty treatment skills, product knowledge, sales abilities and customer service expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Perform professional facial, skincare and beauty treatments according to company standards and SOPs.
• Conduct customer consultations to understand individual skincare and beauty needs.
• Recommend suitable treatments, skincare products and treatment packages based on customer requirements.
• Provide professional advice on skincare routines and product usage.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene, cleanliness and treatment-room presentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customers have a comfortable and positive experience.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
• Support sales activities by introducing suitable products, treatments and promotions.
• Achieve individual and outlet sales and treatment targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and treatment information.
