The following are the responsibilitiesof a Housekeeping Supervisor:

·        Educatinghousekeepers on upkeep and cleaning duties.

·        Monitoringthe everyday work performance of the workforce.

·        Inspectingthe cleanliness of the rooms and common areas, such as the stairwells andlounge areas.

·        PrincipalResponsibilities

·        Keepan eye on and restock cleaning supplies, such as rubber gloves, floor cleanser,and bleach.

·        Whennecessary, take part in extensive cleaning projects.

·        Makesure that all locations adhere to the safety and hygienic rules.

Qualificationsand Abilities:

·        Workhistory in a supervisory capacity in housekeeping or a related field.

·        Practicalexperience performing maintenance and cleaning duties for big businesses.

·        Possessionof industrial cleaning tools and materials.

·        Outstandingplanning and team leadership abilities.

·        Abilityto work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings; flexibility inhandling the physical demands of the position.

·        Ahigh school degree is beneficial.
