• Experience in content creation, social media management or digital marketing is an advantage.

• Able to independently plan, shoot and edit engaging video content.

• Familiar with CapCut, Canva and other content editing tools.

• Familiar with Xiaohongshu (XHS), Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

• Good copywriting skills, particularly in creating engaging captions and promotional content.

• Creative, proactive and able to identify current social media trends.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to generate leads and communicate effectively with potential clients.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Willing to travel to different property locations when required.

1. Content Creation & Production

• Create engaging and creative marketing content for Xiaohongshu (XHS), Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

• Plan, shoot and edit videos, photos, graphics and promotional materials for the company's social media platforms.

• Develop content showcasing the company's services, homestay properties, facilities, customer experiences and property management solutions.

• Create content that attracts potential customers, particularly property owners who are interested in engaging the company's property management services.

• Ensure all content is suitable for the respective social media platforms and consistent with the company's branding.
  
  2. Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts across XHS, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

• Prepare and maintain a monthly content calendar, including content ideas, posting schedules and captions.

• Ensure consistent and timely posting across all platforms.

• Monitor comments, messages, engagement and audience feedback.

• Keep up with current social media trends and develop relevant content strategies to improve reach and engagement.
  
  3. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

• Develop marketing content and strategies to attract new property owners to engage the company's property management services.

• Generate leads through social media platforms, marketing campaigns and other relevant channels.

• Respond to initial enquiries from potential property owners and coordinate follow-ups with the relevant team.

• Build awareness of the company's property management services and communicate the benefits of engaging the company.

• Achieve a minimum target of 20 new property owners to sign up for the company's services.
  
  4. Marketing Campaigns & Performance Monitoring

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions and brand awareness activities.

• Monitor content performance, including views, reach, engagement, enquiries and conversion rates.

• Prepare monthly marketing performance reports.

• Analyse which types of content generate the most enquiries and potential clients, and improve future content strategies accordingly.
  
  5. Other Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the operations team to obtain property information and arrange content production.

• Travel to homestay locations when required for photoshoots and video recording.

• Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by management from time to time.
