Job Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Lead, supervise and motivate team members to achieve operational targets and provide excellent customer experiences.

Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, food quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards.

Drive sales performance through effective sales strategies and upselling initiatives.

Monitor operating expenses, control costs and minimize food wastage.

Manage manpower planning, recruitment, staff scheduling and training.

Monitor inventory, stock levels and ordering to ensure sufficient supplies.

Prepare and review daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.

Monitor staff performance and provide coaching to improve productivity and service standards.

Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety and outlet security procedures.

Assist in daily operational tasks when required and perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; a relevant diploma is an advantage.

Previous experience in restaurant or F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial position.

Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.

Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, inventory management and cost control.

Sales-driven, customer-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Responsible, proactive and capable of making sound operational decisions.

Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
